Baso Sangqu (born 21 April 1968, in Idutywa, Eastern Cape)〔(【引用サイトリンク】 title=United Nations Press Release )〕 is the South African permanent representative to the United Nations. He was appointed on 17 March 2009, having served as deputy previously.
